94 Supreme Peptides makes every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and COA data are accurate. All product information is provided for research reference purposes only. 94 Supreme Peptides does not make any claims regarding the safety, efficacy, or suitability of any product for any particular research application.
Cosmetic products sold on 94supremepeptides.ca are consumer products intended for external use only and are not subject to RUO restrictions. They are not medical devices and no therapeutic claims are made.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. 94 Supreme Peptides reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.
Orders are paid by Interac e-Transfer to the address shown at checkout. We do not collect or store credit card numbers. By submitting an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. Shipping and Delivery
94 Supreme Peptides ships within Canada only. Standard shipping rates apply as displayed at checkout. 94 Supreme Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders as indicated at checkout. Any free-shipping threshold may change without notice.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds and the importance of maintaining cold chain integrity, 94 Supreme Peptides does not accept returns on peptide products once shipped. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@94supremepeptides.ca with photographic evidence.
Cosmetic products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. See our Return Policy for full details.
94 Supreme Peptides reserves the right to refuse refunds where products have been misused or where the RUO agreement has been violated.
7. Certificate of Analysis (COA)
94 Supreme Peptides provides batch-specific Certificates of Analysis for all research peptide products. COAs are made available on product pages and reflect third-party independent testing results. 94 Supreme Peptides does not guarantee that COA results will match results obtained through independent testing due to differences in testing methodology, storage, and handling.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on 94supremepeptides.ca including text, images, logos, product names, and design elements are the property of 94 Supreme Peptides and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without express written permission from 94 Supreme Peptides.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 94 Supreme Peptides shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or our products. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
