Non-Returnable Products

All peptide products are sold for research purposes only and are non-returnable once shipped. Due to the strict temperature-controlled requirements and stability concerns of peptide compounds, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging

• A detailed description of the issue

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Errors

If you received an incorrect product due to a shipping error on our part, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and ship the correct product to you at no charge.
